2c0a33f986 powerpc/numa: ensure per-cpu NUMA mappings are correct on topology update
We received a report of warning in kernel/sched/core.c where the sched
group was NULL on an LPAR after a topology update. This seems to occur
because after the topology update has moved the CPUs, cpu_to_node is
returning the old value still, which ends up breaking the consistency of
the NUMA topology in the per-cpu maps. Ensure that we update the per-cpu
fields when we re-map CPUs.

49f8d8c043 powerpc/numa: use cached value of update->cpu in update_cpu_topology
There isn't any need to keep referring to update->cpu, as we've already
checked cpu == update->cpu at this point.

eb01d4c238 cxl: Fix PSL error due to duplicate segment table entries
In certain circumstances the PSL (Power Service Layer, which provides
translation services for CXL hardware) can send an interrupt for a
segment miss that the kernel has already handled. This can happen if
multiple translations for the same segment are queued in the PSL before
the kernel has restarted the first translation.

The CXL driver does not expect this situation and does not check if a
segment had already been handled. This could cause a duplicate segment
table entry which in turn caused a PSL error taking down the card.

This patch fixes the issue by checking for existing entries in the
segment table that match the segment we are trying to insert, so as to
avoid inserting duplicate entries.

03f5439797 powerpc/mm: Use appropriate ESID mask in copro_calculate_slb()
This patch makes copro_calculate_slb() mask the ESID by the correct mask
for 1T vs 256M segments.

This has no effect by itself as the extra bits were ignored, but it
makes debugging the segment table entries easier and means that we can
directly compare the ESID values for duplicates without needing to worry
about masking in the comparison.

This will be used to simplify a comparison in the following patch.

5100a9d644 cxl: Disable secondary hash in segment table
This patch simplifies the process of finding a free segment table entry
by disabling the secondary hash. This reduces the number of possible
entries in the segment table for a given address from 16 to 8.

Due to the large segment sizes we use it is extremely unlikely that the
secondary hash would ever have been used in practice, so this should not
have any negative impacts and may even improve performance due to the
reduced number of comparisons that software & hardware need to perform.

This patch clears the SC bit in the hardware's state register
(CXL_PSL_SR_An) to disable the secondary hash in the hardware since we
can no longer fill out entries using it.

19d36c2152 powernv: Use _GLOBAL_TOC for opal wrappers
Currently, we can't call opal wrappers from modules when using the LE
ABIv2, which requires a TOC init. If we do we'll try and load the opal
entry point using the wrong toc and probably explode or worse jump to
the wrong address.

Nothing in upstream is making opal calls from a module, but we do export
one of the wrappers so we should fix this anyway.

This change uses the _GLOBAL_TOC() macro (rather than _GLOBAL) for the
opal wrappers, so that we can do non-local calls to them.

Pull SCSI target updates from Nicholas Bellinger:
"Here are the target updates for v3.18-rc2 code. These where
originally destined for -rc1, but due to the combination of travel
last week for KVM Forum and my mistake of taking the three week merge
window literally, the pull request slipped.. Apologies for that.

Things where reasonably quiet this round. The highlights include:

   - New userspace backend driver (target_core_user.ko) by Shaohua Li
     and Andy Grover
   - A number of cleanups in target, iscsi-taret and qla_target code
     from Joern Engel
   - Fix an OOPs related to queue full handling with CHECK_CONDITION
     status from Quinn Tran
   - Fix to disable TX completion interrupt coalescing in iser-target,
that was causing problems on some hardware
   - Fix for PR APTPL metadata handling with demo-mode ACLs

I'm most excited about the new backend driver that uses UIO + shared
memory ring to dispatch I/O and control commands into user-space.
This was probably the most requested feature by users over the last
couple of years, and opens up a new area of development + porting of
existing user-space storage applications to LIO. Thanks to Shaohua +
  Andy for making this happen.

Also another honorable mention, a new Xen PV SCSI driver was merged
via the xen/tip.git tree recently, which puts us now at 10 target
drivers in upstream! Thanks to David Vrabel + Juergen Gross for their
work to get this code merged"

c5ec618fbf watchdog: sunxi: Add A31 watchdog support
This patch adds support for the watchdog hardware found in A31 and
newer SoCs. This new hardware has registers at different offsets, and
the system reset control has been split out of the "mode" register
into a new "configuration" register.

Differences not supported by this driver include separate interrupt
lines for each watchdog, instead of sharing an interrupt line and
registers with the timer block.

f2147de334 watchdog: sunxi: support parameterized compatible strings
This patch adds support for hardware parameters tied to compatible
strings, so similar hardware can reuse the driver.

This will be used to support the newer watchdog found in A31 and
later SoCs. Differences in the new hardware include separate
interrupt lines for each watchdog, and corresponding interrupt
control/status registers. Watchdog control registers were also
slightly rearranged.

Also replace ioread32()/iowrite32() with readl()/writel() in various
places changed.

05e487d905 watchdog: qcom: register a restart notifier
The WDT's BITE_TIME warm-reset behavior can be leveraged as a last
