logic to generate the non .in versions (thow with automake there is no
translation done while with cmake there is line ending conversion done).
I have left unconverted the default_user.cdb file (which is not text at
all) and d2server.ini which Im not sure if it works to be converted or
not. I also am not very sure for the .txt config files if they work if
they are converted to DOS line endings, they probably do.
