Wang Chen 8f15ea42b6 netdevice: safe convert to netdev_priv() #part-3
We have some reasons to kill netdev->priv:
1. netdev->priv is equal to netdev_priv().
2. netdev_priv() wraps the calculation of netdev->priv's offset, obviously
   netdev_priv() is more flexible than netdev->priv.
But we cann't kill netdev->priv, because so many drivers reference to it
directly.

This patch is a safe convert for netdev->priv to netdev_priv(netdev).
Since all of the netdev->priv is only for read.
But it is too big to be sent in one mail.
I split it to 4 parts and make every part smaller than 100,000 bytes,
which is max size allowed by vger.

* DLCI Implementation of Frame Relay protocol for Linux, according to
* RFC 1490. This generic device provides en/decapsulation for an
* underlying hardware driver. Routes & IPs are assigned to these
* interfaces. Requires 'dlcicfg' program to create usable
* interfaces, the initial one, 'dlci' is for IOCTL use only.
*
* Version: @(#)dlci.c 0.35 4 Jan 1997
*
* Author: Mike McLagan <mike.mclagan@linux.org>
*
* Changes:
*
* 0.15 Mike Mclagan Packet freeing, bug in kmalloc call
* DLCI_RET handling
* 0.20 Mike McLagan More conservative on which packets
* are returned for retry and which are
* are dropped. If DLCI_RET_DROP is
* returned from the FRAD, the packet is
* sent back to Linux for re-transmission
* 0.25 Mike McLagan Converted to use SIOC IOCTL calls
* 0.30 Jim Freeman Fixed to allow IPX traffic
* 0.35 Michael Elizabeth Fixed incorrect memcpy_fromfs
