A recent update of libabigail introduces some more tracking options (ELF variable sizes, aliased symbols, CRC values). Unfortunately this is incompatible with the current representation. Hence update. The update introduces new CRC values and corrects the symbol lists to contain only symbols that are part of the ksymtab. The symbols of the modules are now listed along with the symbols of vmlinux. That is a benign flaw that does not harm analysis and will be corrected later.
