Geert Uytterhoeven af06cc1c97 rtc: Fix timestamp value for RTC_TIMESTAMP_BEGIN_1900
[ Upstream commit d3062d1d7415cb5a37777220357aca51a491c3d7 ]

Printing "mktime64(1900, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0)" gives -2208988800.
