Mithlesh Thukral 9914f0536f Staging: sxg: Add Checksum Offload support for Sahara SXG driver 
* This patch adds support for offloading checksum to hardware.
  IP checksum have been tested for IPv4 and IPv6.

This is the rough cut at a driver for the Alacritech SLIC Technology
Non-Accelerated 10Gbe network driver.

TODO:
	- remove wrappers
	- checkpatch.pl cleanups
	- new functionality that the card needs
	- remove reliance on x86
