Christoph Egger e6a033c1ca MIPS: MSP71xx: Remove dead CONFIG_MTD_PMC_MSP_RAMROOT
CONFIG_MTD_PMC_MSP_RAMROOT doesn't exist in Kconfig, therefore removing all
references for it from the source code.
