If CONFIG_GENERIC_IRQ_EFFECTIVE_AFF_MASK is defined, but that the interrupt is not single target, the effective affinity reported in /proc/irq/x/effective_affinity will be empty, which is not the truth. Instead, use the accessor to report the affinity, which will pick the right mask. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
