Tomi Valkeinen 4b6b7fa2d3 OMAP: DSS2: DSI: remove unused function 
dsi_reset_tx_fifo() was not used. Furthermore, OMAP errata states that
TX FIFO flush is not functional, so the function wouldn't even have
worked.
