In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer() to pass the timer pointer explicitly. * DLCI/FRAD Definitions for Frame Relay Access Devices. DLCI devices are
* created for each DLCI associated with a FRAD. The FRAD driver
* is not truly a network device, but the lower level device
* handler. This allows other FRAD manufacturers to use the DLCI
* code, including its RFC1490 encapsulation alongside the current
* implementation for the Sangoma cards.
