Michael Ellerman 3b9331dac1 [PATCH] powerpc: Move LMB_ALLOC_ANYWHERE out of lmb.h
LMB_ALLOC_ANYWHERE doesn't need to be part of the API, it's only used in
lmb.c - so move it out of the header file.
