Jean Delvare 1d03d2bd6e Fix staging drivers after smp_lock.h redux
Commit 405f55712d ("headers: smp_lock.h
redux") broke the build of two staging drivers. Fix them.

	- checkpatch.pl cleanups
	- sparse cleanups
	- lots of little modules, should be merged together
	  and added to the build.
	- testing?
	- handle churn in v4l layer.
