5d60e50054 mmc: tmio: add new TMIO_MMC_HAVE_HIGH_REG flags
The accessibility checking method to the higher register was added by
69d1fe18e9 (mmc: tmio: only access registers above 0xff, if available)
But, it doesn't care 32bit register. It is impossible to calculate it
from the resource size, since there is 16/32 bit register IP (e.g. VERSION
is located on 0xe2 if 16bit register, but it is located on 0x1c4 if 32bit
register).

This patch adds new TMIO_MMC_HAVE_HIGH_REG flags, tmio_mmc driver has it,
and sh_mobile_sdhi doesn't have it today.

3b159a6e95 mmc: tmio: bus_shift become tmio_mmc_data member
.bus_shift is used to 16/32bit register access offset calculation on
tmio driver. tmio_mmc_xxx is used from Toshiba/Renesas now, but this
bus_shift value depends on HW IP. This patch moves .bus_shift to
tmio_mmc_data member and sets it on each driver.

05fae4a755 mmc: tmio: use -EPROBE_DEFER if driver can't find regulator
Current tmio driver tries to use default ocr_avail if 1) it couldn't
find regulator and 2) if platform data doesn't have ocr_mask.
But, there is no guarantee that regulator driver probe is faster than
TMIO driver probe. TMIO driver will not use regulator in such case.

By this patch, TMIO driver returns -EPROBE_DEFER if it couldn't find
regulator and if platform doesn't have ocr_mask. Because, there is a
possibility that regulator has not been probed, but the user expects it.

This patch changes tmio_mmc_host_probe() behavior, but there is no user
who has conflict.

d62c9577f9 mmc: tmio: Move away from using deprecated APIs
Suspend and resume of cards are being handled from the protocol layer
and consequently the mmc_suspend|resume_host APIs are deprecated.

This means we can simplify the suspend|resume callbacks by removing the
use of the deprecated APIs.

e83b7a8acc mmc: tmio: fix unbalanced power-on calls with clock-gating enabled
With MMC clock gating enabled the MMC core currently calls MMC host driver's
.set_ios() method with .power_mode == MMC_POWER_ON and the clock value set
either to 0 or to the target rate. The tmio MMC driver then wrongly
translates the latter calls to card slot power-on requests, even when the
slot already was on. This patch fixes the driver to avoid needlessly
incrementing power-supplying regulator's use count.

6de707f200 mmc: tmio: Don't access hardware registers after stopping clocks
The tmio_mmc_set_ios() function configures the MMC power, clock and bus
width. When the mmc core requests the driver to power off the card, we
inform runtime PM, that the controller can be suspended. This can lead
to the MSTP clock being turned off.

Writing to any 16-bit hardware registers with the MSTP clock off leads
to timeouts and errors being printed to the kernel log. This can occur
both when stopping the MMC clock and when configuring the bus width.

To fix this, stop the MMC clock before calling put_runtime_pm(), and
skip bus width configuration when power is off.

e312eb1e66 mmc: tmio: Fix race condition resulting in spurious interrupts
There is a race condition in the tmio_mmc_irq() interrupt handler,
caused by the presence of a while loop, which results in warnings of
spurious interrupts. This was found on an HP iPAQ hx4700 whose HTC
ASIC3 reportedly incorporates the Toshiba TC6380AF controller.

Towards the end of a multiple read (CMD18) operation the handler clears
the final RXRDY status bit in the first loop iteration, sees the DATAEND
status bit at the bottom of the loop, and so clears the DATAEND status
bit in the second loop iteration. However the DATAEND interrupt is still
queued in the system somewhere and can't be delivered until the handler
has returned. This second interrupt is then reported as spurious in the
next call to the handler. Likewise for single read (CMD17) operations.
And something similar occurs for multiple write (CMD25) and single write
(CMD24) operations, where CMDRESPEND and TXRQ status bits are cleared in
a single call.

In these cases the interrupt handler clears two separate interrupts when
it should only clear the one interrupt for which it was invoked. The fix
is to remove the while loop.

a11862d338 mmc: tmio: Share register access functions
Move register access functions into a shared header.
Use sd_ctrl_write16 in tmio_mmc_dma.c:tmio_mmc_enable_dma().

Other than avoiding (trivial) open-coding, the motivation for
this is to allow platform-hooks in access functions to
be applied across all applicable accesses.

7d8b4c2a4b mmc: tmio: fix regression in TMIO_MMC_WRPROTECT_DISABLE handling
Commit b6147490e6 ("mmc: tmio: split core functionality, DMA and
MFD glue") broke handling of the TMIO_MMC_WRPROTECT_DISABLE flag by
the tmio-mmc driver. This patch restores the original behaviour.

7311bef069 mmc: tmio: runtime suspend the controller, where possible
The TMIO MMC controller cannot be powered off to save power, when no
card is plugged in, because then it will not be able to detect a new
card-insertion event. On some implementations, however, it is
possible to switch to using another source to detect card insertion.
This patch adds support for such implementations.

8e7bfdb37a mmc: tmio/sdhi: break out interrupt request/free
Move request_irq()/free_irq() from the shared code
in tmio_mmc.c into the SDHI/tmio specific portion
in sh_mobile_sdhi.c and tmio_mmc_pio.c.

This is ground work to allow us to adjust the SDHI
code with IRQ flags and number of interupt sources.
