When merged patches, missed IRQ_EINT_BIT() definition from commit ea31fd43
(ARM: S5PV210: Add Power Management Support). The IRQ_EINT_BIT() is used
in the Power Management operation (plat-samsung/pm.c).

Samsung S5P SoCs have the same interrupt type defines for both
external interrupts and gpio interrupts. This patch removes all
duplicates from S5PC100 and S5PV210 specific includes as well as
gpio interrupt code and put a common defines to plat/irqs.h
NOTE: Do not use this for S5P6440 and S5P6450.

This patch adds common code to enable support of GPIO interrupt on
S5P SoCs.
The total number of GPIO pins is quite large on S5P SoCs. Registering
irq support for all of them would be a resource waste. Because of that
the interrupt support for standard GPIO pins is registered dynamically
by the s5p_register_gpio_interrupt() function.

This patch does the following:
1. Corrects the common platform code for external interrupts for using the
VIC mask/unmask bits also.
2. Moves the common defines related to external interrupt for plat-s5p
to common files.
3. Based on the new common defines, corresponding changes are made in the
affected platforms (S5P6440, S5P6442 and S5PC100).

Timer interrupts range was defined as 43-47, what overlaps with VIC0 range
(32-64). This was caused probably by a typo while the common interrupts
definition was refactored. This patch moves timer interrupt range to safe
area of 11-15 (just before uart range).
This fixes the commit 87aef30eb3
("ARM: S5P: Change S5P_TIMER_IRQ based to 11 for SAMSUNG S5P series.")
which meant to move these into the old (and previously reserved)
ISA space.

Currently, S5P_TIMER_IRQ is based at the end of VICs. This patch changes
the S5P_TIMER_IRQ base from end of VICs to 11 in ISA IRQ space.
No of VICs varies between SOCs. This causes an exception on S5P6442.

1. Moved common memory map definitions for S5P such as S5P_VA_XXX
into plat-s5p/include/mach/map-s5p.h from mach-s5p6440/include/mach.
2. Removed unnecessary definitions in the map.h and irq.c
3. Removed the unnecessary support for unaligned UART address
4. Renamed S5P_VA_VICx definitions as VA_VICx
5. Moved the definitons of VIC_BASE to plat-s5p/include/plat/irqs.h
