6a53048dde ARM: S3C2440: Fix usage gpio bank j pin definitions on GTA02
The gta02 header file still uses the old S3C2410_GPJx defines instead of the
S3C2410_GPJ(x) macro. Since the S3C2410_GPJx defines have already been removed
this causes the following build failure:

	sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c: In function 'lm4853_set_spk':
sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c:259: error: 'S3C2440_GPJ2' undeclared (first use in this function)
sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c:259: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c:259: error: for each function it appears in.)
	sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c: In function 'lm4853_get_spk':
sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c:267: error: 'S3C2440_GPJ2' undeclared (first use in this function)
	sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c: In function 'lm4853_event':
sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c:276: error: 'S3C2440_GPJ1' undeclared (first use in this function)
	sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c: At top level:
sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c:439: error: 'S3C2440_GPJ2' undeclared here (not in a function)
sound/soc/samsung/neo1973_wm8753.c:440: error: 'S3C2440_GPJ1' undeclared here (not in a function)

This patches fixes the issue by doing a s,S3C2410_GPJ([\d]+),S3C2410_GPJ(\1),g
on the file.

8c00ae98d1 ARM: S3C2440: Select missing S3C_DEV_USB_HOST on GTA02
The gta02 mach file references the ohci device.
So we need to select S3C_DEV_USB_HOST to have the device available.

This fixes the following linker errors:

812c4e40c2 ARM: S3C24XX: Fix mess with gpio {set,get}_pull callbacks
Currently the {set,get}_pull callbacks of the s3c24xx_gpiocfg_default structure
are initalized via s3c_gpio_{get,set}pull_1up. This results in a linker
error when only CONFIG_CPU_S3C2442 is selected:

arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/built-in.o:(.data+0x13f4): undefined reference to
`s3c_gpio_getpull_1up'
arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/built-in.o:(.data+0x13f8): undefined reference to
`s3c_gpio_setpull_1up'

The s3c2442 has pulldowns instead of pullups compared to the s3c2440.
The method of controlling them is the same though.
So this patch modifies the existing s3c_gpio_{get,set}pull_1up helper functions
to take an additional parameter deciding whether the pin has a pullup or pulldown.
The s3c_gpio_{get,set}pull_1{down,up} functions then wrap that functions passing
either S3C_GPIO_PULL_UP or S3C_GPIO_PULL_DOWN.

Furthermore this patch sets up the s3c24xx_gpiocfg_default.{get,set}_pull fields
in the s3c244{0,2}_map_io function to the new pulldown helper functions.

c7ff0d9c92 panic: keep blinking in spite of long spin timer mode
To keep panic_timeout accuracy when running under a hypervisor, the
current implementation only spins on long time (1 second) calls to mdelay.
That brings a good effect, but the problem is the keyboard LEDs don't
blink at all on that situation.

This patch changes to call to panic_blink_enter() between every mdelay and
keeps blinking in spite of long spin timer mode.

The time to call to mdelay is now 100ms. Even this change will keep
panic_timeout accuracy enough when running under a hypervisor.

mach-s3c64xx directory and update the build as needed.

84c9b7271a ARM: S3C244X: Merge plat-s3c24xx s3c2440.h and s3c2442.h into s3c244x.h
Merge these two headers into one, these two SoCs are so similar.

Note, correct fault in mach-smdk2443.h including the wrong header.

Remove the old common S3C2440 and S3C2442 SoC support from plat-s3c24xx
into mach-s3c2440 now this directory is serving both SoCs.

916ee9249a ARM: S3C244X: Move S3C2442 code into S3C2440
Move the remaining S3C2442 code into mach-s3c2440 as there is only one
file currently in there and these two SoCs are very similar.

1f51bbfd59 ARM: S3C2440: Fix SMDK2440 SoC selection
Fix the entries for SMDK2440 should have allowed for S3C2440 or S3C2440
SoC selection but this depended on ARCH_S3C2440 which has not been around
for a while.

Remove the dependency to allow this to be selected.

22c810ab3e ARM: S3C24XX: Add mci platform data set call s3c24xx_mci_set_platdata().
Add a s3c24xx_mci_set_platdata() call for all the machine files that have
platform data for the MCI driver. This brings the MCI device into line with
the other devices with __initdata and a specific call to ensure the right
structure type is being passed.

There's no point in having these in until there is proper support for
