0a2fcaa70c bcma: add boardinfo struct
This struct contains information about the board, the chip is running
on. The struct is filled for PCIe devices and SoCs. This information is
used by b43 and will be used by brcmsmac soon.

a9bba182a1 MIPS: bcm47xx: refactor fetching board data
Now the fetching of board data also uses nvram_read_u16 and not
simple_strtoul any more.

019eee2e34 MIPS: BCM47XX: move and extend sprom parsing
Move the sprom parsing from nvram into sprom.c. There are all values
needed for sprom version 1 to 9 read from nvram and there are more
sanity checks added. This is based on the sprom parsing in the open
source part of the Broadcom SDK.

df55a66add MIPS: BCM47xx: fix build with GENERIC_GPIO configuration
Since eb9ae7f2 (gpio: fix build error in include/asm-generic/gpio.h)
the generic version of gpio.h calls __gpio_{set,get}_value which we
do not define. Get rid of asm-generic/gpio.h and define the missing
stubs directly for BCM47xx to build.

c1d1c5d421 bcm47xx: add support for bcma bus
This patch add support for the bcma bus. Broadcom uses only Mips 74K
CPUs on the new SoC and on the old ons using ssb bus there are no Mips
74K CPUs.

08ccf57283 bcm47xx: prepare to support different buses
Prepare bcm47xx to support different System buses. Before adding
support for bcma it should be possible to build bcm47xx without the
need of ssb. With this patch bcm47xx does not directly contain a
ssb_bus, but a union contain all the supported system buses. As a SoC
just uses one system bus a union is a good choice.

9cbda726bb MIPS: BCM47xx: Fix MAC address parsing.
Some devices like the Netgear WGT634u are using minuses between the blocks
of the MAC address and other devices are using colons to separate them.

47a3486144 MIPS: BCM47xx: Fix nvram_getenv return value.
Nvram_getenv should behave like cfe_getenv. cfe_getenv returns 0 on
success and -9 if the value was not found. If the input was wrong -8
will be returned by cfe_getenv. Change nvram_getenv to do the same.

121915c4ee MIPS: BCM47xx: Add NVRAM support devices
When trying to netboot a Linksys WRT54GS WLAN router, the bootup fails,
because of following error message:

...
[ 0.424000] b44: b44.c:v2.0
[ 0.424000] b44: Invalid MAC address found in EEPROM
[ 0.432000] b44 ssb0:1: Problem fetching invariants of chip,aborting
[ 0.436000] b44: probe of ssb0:1 failed with error -22
...

The router uses a CFE bootloader, but most of the needed environment
variables for network card initialization, are not available from CFE
via printenv and even though not via cfe_getenv().
The required environment variables are saved in a special partition
in flash memory. The attached patch implement nvram_getenv and enables
bootup via NFS root on my router.

Most of the patch is extracted from the OpenWrt subversion repository and
stripped down and cleaned up to just fix this issue.

[Ralf: sorted out header file inclusions. Lots of unneded headers and such
that should have been included.]

e0f7ad5f4f bcm47xx: fix GPIO API return codes
The GPIO API is supposed to return 0 or a negative error code,
but the SSB GPIO functions return the bitmask of the GPIO register.
Fix this by ignoring the bitmask and always returning 0. The SSB GPIO functions can't fail.
