a32826e4ae ASoC: tegra: fix maxburst settings in dmaengine code
The I2S controllers are programmed with an "attention" level of 4 DWORDs.
This must match the configuration passed to the DMA driver, so that when
they burst in data, they don't overflow the available FIFO space. Also,
the burst size is relevant to the destination for playback, and source
for capture, not vice-versa as originally written.

df79f55df3 ASoC: tegra: use dmaengine based dma driver
Use the dmaengine based Tegra APB DMA driver for
data transfer between SPI fifo and memory in
place of legacy Tegra APB DMA.

Because generic soc-dmaengine-pcm uses the DMAs API
based on dmaengine, using the exported APIs provided
by this generic driver.

The new driver is selected if legacy driver is not
selected and new dma driver is enabled through config
file.

518de86ba1 ASoC: tegra: register 'platform' from DAIs, get rid of pdev
Previously, the ASoC 'platform' (PCM/DMA) object was instantiated via a
platform_device. This didn't represent the hardware well, since there
was no separate hardware associated with this platform_device; it was a
virtual device with sole purpose to call snd_soc_register_platform().
This mechanism required all board files to register this device, and all
ASoC machine drivers to create and register this device when booting
using device tree.

This change removes the platform_device completely. Each Tegra DAI now
registers the ASoC 'platform' itself. Machine drivers are adjusted for
the new 'platform' name.

25e9e7565f ASoC: check for substream not channels_min in pcm engines
This is a follow up on 53dea36c70 which fixes the other affected
pcm engines.

Description from 53dea36c70:
Don't rely on the codec's channels_min information to decide wheter or
not allocate a substream's DMA buffer. Rather check if the substream
 itself was allocated previously.

Without this patch I was seeing null-pointer dereferenc in atmel-pcm.

a96edd59b2 ASoC: Tegra: tegra_pcm_deallocate_dma_buffer: Don't OOPS
Not all PCM devices have all sub-streams. Specifically, the SPDIF driver
only supports playback and hence has no capture substream. Check whether
a substream exists before dereferencing it, when de-allocating DMA
buffers in tegra_pcm_deallocate_dma_buffer.

552d1ef6b5 ASoC: core - Optimise and refactor pcm_new() to pass only rtd
Currently pcm_new() passes in 3 arguments :- card, pcm and DAI.

Refactor this to only pass in 1 argument (i.e. the rtd) since struct rtd contains
card, pcm and DAI along with other members too that are useful too.
