Now that we've figured out the higher compression settings (supported in
libv4l-0.6.0 and later, so after this patch the driver should be used with
libv4l-0.6.0 or higher only!), we can enable higher framerates. Which
means lower exposure times, which is important for the use of the pac207
in full daylight.
This patch also tweakes the brightness default and the per color gain
balances to use the values which are adviced by Pixart in the pac207
application note.

The patches
gspca - vc032x: Add resolution 1280x1024 for sensor mi1310_soc.
gspca - vc032x: Webcam 041e:405b added and mi1310_soc updated.
will make the preview function not work, so I disable the 1280x1024 resolution
and revert back to the origin mi1310_soc settings.
And, using USB snoop tool on Windows to get the correct i2c commands to
turn on/off the LED flash.

All hdcs registers use bit 0 as a read/write flag and needs to be shifted one bit to the left. This wasn't accounted for when doing a sequence of writes.

gspca_sonixj + ov7630 had the default value for flip enabled, as otherwise
the picture is upside down. It is better to instead invert the meaning
of the control in the set function, and have the default be no vflip,
as one would expect vflip enabled to be upside down.

Hmm, another one with an extra if (life sucks) the
default contrast really is no good for the ov6630, it
isn't even high enough in full daylight, this gives
the ov6630 a different initial value for a better out
of the box experience.

As reported on the ov51x-jpeg list, and as I can confirm with my own cam
the ov7670 in 320x240 has a number of broken columns of pixels
at the left of the picture. This was not present in the old
driver as it always used 640x480 and did software
downscaling (took me a while to figure that one out).
The fix adds a sensor specific if in so far sensor
neutral code :( But this is the only way to fix this,
this cannot be fixed by only changing sensor registers.

My ov519 cam has it led inverted, the same has been
reported on the ov51x-jpeg list for another
creative cam. This patch fixes this without changing
the behaviour for other cams.

The fix for the UV swapping in qcif mode with the ov6630, which I did
to fix this issue on a ov518 cam with an ov66308AF, causes UV swapping in
qcif with another cam of mine with the ov518 and an ov66308AE, so this
patch changes the code to differentiate between the ov66308AF and other
ov6630 versions, and restricts the UV swap fix to the ov66308AF.

This patch adds autobrightness (so that it can
be turned off to make the already present brightness
control work) and light frequency filtering controls.
The lightfreq control needed 2 different entries
in the ctrls array, as the number of options differs
depending on the sensor. Always one of the 2 entires is
disabled ofcourse.

When the bandwidth is not wide enough, the transfer endpoint may be set to
the one of the alternate setting 0. This one may be null and this causes a

mt9m111: Hflip and vflip shall always be 0 at start and the image shall be correctly aligned.

Regardless of the actual sensor orientation vflip = 0 is normal, and vflip = 1 is upside down. This patch makes that happen

s5k83a sensor mounted on many acer laptops have a swiwel allowing it to be rotated. When the camera is in its rotated state, the image needs to be flipped. The only way to check for if the camera has been flipped is to continously poll a register in the m5602. This patch creates a kernel thread which does this. This patch renames some v4l2 ctrls and finally implements a cache in order to prevent unnecessary sensor reads.

Touching the hflip/vflip register while doing the read/modify/write corrupts the image. Just read from the sensor ctrl cache instead and all is good.

The vflip quirk is better checked at probe time as it's only needed once.
Also add an extra reset at init time to resolve a suspend to ram regression.

Reading and writing to a register doesn't always work reliably. Add a cache
and ensure that it is deallocated properly upon module disconnect.

Previously all resolution setting was done with precalculated tables.
When the image is vflipped we need to adjust the alignment which would
require another table. Now we can adjust the parameters on the fly instead.

ov9650: Reading the COM1 register corrupts the image.
Decrease the granularity of the exposure and limit its upper range
as setting such high values doesn't have any effect on the image.

By separating the supported for each sensor into a separate vector we can
eliminate the nmodes variable and instead calculate it at runtime.
