9d2aa8c796 ARM/clocksource: use automatic DT probing for ux500 PRCMU
The ARM core kernel already calls clocksource_of_init() so why
go to all the trouble of locating and probing this node in the
machine. CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE() will take care of it in the
clocksource driver, and thus we can also get rid of the
dangling header file <linux/clksrc-dbx500-prcmu.h>

c706c7eb0d Merge branch 'for-linus' of git://ftp.arm.linux.org.uk/~rmk/linux-arm
Pull ARM development updates from Russell King:
 "Included in this update:

   - moving PSCI code from ARM64/ARM to drivers/

   - removal of some architecture internals from global kernel view

   - addition of software based "privileged no access" support using the
old domains register to turn off the ability for kernel
loads/stores to access userspace. Only the proper accessors will
     be usable.

   - addition of early fixup support for early console

   - re-addition (and reimplementation) of OMAP special interconnect
     barrier

   - removal of finish_arch_switch()

   - only expose cpuX/online in sysfs if hotpluggable

   - a number of code cleanups"

c00def71ef ARM: ux500: simplify secondary CPU boot
This removes a lot of ancient cruft from the Ux500 SMP boot.
Instead of the pen grab/release, just point the ROM to
secondary_boot() and start the second CPU there, then send
the IPI.

Use our own SMP enable method. This enables us to remove the
last static mapping and get both CPUs booting properly.

Tested this and it just works.

fa8ad7889d arm: perf: factor arm_pmu core out to drivers
To enable sharing of the arm_pmu code with arm64, this patch factors it
out to drivers/perf/. A new drivers/perf directory is added for
performance monitor drivers to live under.

MAINTAINERS is updated accordingly. Files added previously without a
corresponsing MAINTAINERS update (perf_regs.c, perf_callchain.c, and
perf_event.h) are also added.

b4b50fd78b ARM: SoC platform changes for 3.12
This branch contains mostly additions and changes to platform enablement
and SoC-level drivers. Since there's sometimes a dependency on device-tree
changes, there's also a fair amount of those in this branch.

 Pieces worth mentioning are:

 - Mbus driver for Marvell platforms, allowing kernel configuration
and resource allocation of on-chip peripherals.
 - Enablement of the mbus infrastructure from Marvell PCI-e drivers.
 - Preparation of MSI support for Marvell platforms.
 - Addition of new PCI-e host controller driver for Tegra platforms
 - Some churn caused by sharing of macro names between i.MX 6Q and 6DL
platforms in the device tree sources and header files.
 - Various suspend/PM updates for Tegra, including LP1 support.
 - Versatile Express support for MCPM, part of big little support.
 - Allwinner platform support for A20 and A31 SoCs (dual and quad Cortex-A7)
 - OMAP2+ support for DRA7, a new Cortex-A15-based SoC.

The code that touches other architectures are patches moving
MSI arch-specific functions over to weak symbols and removal of
 ARCH_SUPPORTS_MSI, acked by PCI maintainers.

0bf6a210a4 ARM SoC driver specific changes
These changes are all driver specific and cross over between arm-soc
contents and some other subsystem, in these cases cpufreq, crypto,
dma, pinctrl, mailbox and usb, and the subsystem owners agreed to
have these changes merged through arm-soc. As we proceed to untangle
the dependencies between platform code and driver code, the amount of
changes in this category is fortunately shrinking, for 3.11 we have
16 branches here and 101 non-merge changesets, the majority of which
are for the stedma40 dma engine driver used in the ux500 platform.
Cleaning up that code touches multiple subsystems, but gets rid
of the dependency in the end.

The mailbox code moved out from mach-omap2 to drivers/mailbox
is an intermediate step and is still omap specific at the moment.
Patches exist to generalize the subsystem and add other drivers
with the same API, but those did not make it for 3.11.

 Conflicts:
 * In cpu-db8500.c results from the removal of the u8500_of_init_devices
function in combination with the split of u8500_auxdata_lookup.

 * In arch/arm/mach-omap2/devices.c, the includes got reshuffled.
we need to keep linux/wl12xx.h and linux/platform_data/mailbox-omap.h.

b6f5f4a593 ARM: ux500: Remove mop500_snowball_ethernet_clock_enable()
mop500_snowball_ethernet_clock_enable() provided a means to enable a
clock which was used for the SMSC911x Ethernet device on Snowball. It
was merely a stand-in until the driver was common clk compliant. Now
that it is, this can be removed for both DT and ATAGs booting.
