Change user space interface to an IOCTL based interface instead of a
memory mapped circular buffer. The circular buffer had some serious
cache(?) issues and never worked.

Block size is to be expressed in no. of 64 bit transfers. But the code
specifies the block size in bytes. Fix this issue.

This is the first cut at a driver for the Redrapids Pocket Change
CardBus devices.
Receiving data seems to work properly, but overflows happen on transmit.
Still needs more hardware debugging to work properly.
(cleaned up to use proper driver core api functions by Greg)
