96f1050d3d Blackfin: mass clean up of copyright/licensing info
Bill Gatliff & David Brownell pointed out we were missing some
copyrights, and licensing terms in some of the files in
./arch/blackfin, so this fixes things, and cleans them up.

It also removes:
 - verbose GPL text(refer to the top level ./COPYING file)
 - file names (you are looking at the file)
 - bug url (it's in the ./MAINTAINERS file)
 - "or later" on GPL-2, when we did not have that right

It also allows some Blackfin-specific assembly files to be under a BSD
like license (for people to use them outside of Linux).

986d6c1e05 Blackfin: drop BF535-specific text for exception 0x2A (unaligned instruction)
We don't support the BF535 at all, and the exception 0x2A text specific to
it is pretty verbose and confusing (since the behavior is simply odd), so
punt it to keep the noise down.

5c64e0d510 Blackfin arch: Better error handling of unknown exceptions
Better error handling of unknown exceptions, allows userspace to do a
EXCPT n instruction for a not installed exception handler, and the
kernel doesn't crash (like it use to before this).
