19df0d1169 [MIPS] PCI: Make dev pointer argument of pcibios_map_irq const.
This is to break the code of people who think they are supposed to scribble
into the pci device structure - it's off limits.

252161eccd [MIPS] merge GT64111 PCI routines and GT64120 PCI_0 routines
This patch has merged GT64111 PCI routines and GT64120 PCI_0 routines.
GT64111 PCI is almost the same as GT64120's PCI_0.
This patch don't change GT64120 PCI routines.

this fixes Lasat pci to work with multi-function devices by assigning
the correct values based on pin number (instead of ignoring them).

c83cfc9c94 Get rid of early_init. There's more need to make this form of
initialization actually useful and as is certainly unmergable with
upstream.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
