The DT fragment will select the ohci-platform driver, since that can
handle the JZ4740 OHCI just fine. While I don't have a JZ4740-based
board with anything connected to the USB host controller, I did test
the generic OHCI driver successfully on a JZ4770-based board.
The device is disabled by default; boards that want to use it can
override the "status" property. The mass-production Qi LB60 boards
don't use the USB host controller.

Remove the serial support from arch/mips/jz4740 & make use of the new
Ingenic SoC UART driver. This is done for both regular & early console
output.

Replace uses of the jz4740_clock_bdata struct with calls to clk_get_rate
for the appropriate clock. This is in preparation for migrating the
clocks towards common clock framework & devicetree.

Rename usb_nop_xceiv to usb_phy_generic in platform data to match the
name change of the nop transceiver driver in commit 4525bee (usb: phy:
rename usb_nop_xceiv to usb_phy_generic).
The name change induced a kernel panic due to an unhandled kernel
unaligned access while trying to dereference musb->xceiv->io_ops in
musb_init_controller().

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

The platform data already available in tree for JZ4740 USB Device
Controller was previously used by an out-of-tree USB gadget driver
which was not relying on the musb driver and was written by Ingenic
and the Qi-Hardware community.
Update platform data for JZ4740 USB device controller to be used with
musb driver.

The platform data can now specify which external memory banks to probe
for NAND chips, and in which order. Banks that contain a NAND are used
and the other banks are freed.
