95f72d1ed4 lmb: rename to memblock
via following scripts

      FILES=$(find * -type f | grep -vE 'oprofile|[^K]config')

      sed -i \
        -e 's/lmb/memblock/g' \
        -e 's/LMB/MEMBLOCK/g' \
        $FILES

      for N in $(find . -name lmb.[ch]); do
        M=$(echo $N | sed 's/lmb/memblock/g')
        mv $N $M
      done

and remove some wrong change like lmbench and dlmb etc.

also move memblock.c from lib/ to mm/

738ef42e32 powerpc: Change archdata dma_data to a union
Sometimes this is used to hold a simple offset, and sometimes
it is used to hold a pointer. This patch changes it to a union containing
void * and dma_addr_t. get/set accessors are also provided, because it was
getting a bit ugly to get to the actual data.

6490c4903d powerpc/pseries: iommu enablement for CMO
To support Cooperative Memory Overcommitment (CMO), we need to check
for failure from some of the tce hcalls.

These changes for the pseries platform affect the powerpc architecture;
patches for the other affected platforms are included in this patch.

pSeries platform IOMMU code changes:
 * platform TCE functions must handle H_NOT_ENOUGH_RESOURCES errors and
   return an error.

Architecture IOMMU code changes:
 * Calls to ppc_md.tce_build need to check return values and return
   DMA_MAPPING_ERROR for transient errors.

Architecture changes:
 * struct machdep_calls for tce_build*_pSeriesLP functions need to change
   to indicate failure.
 * all other platforms will need updates to iommu functions to match the new
   calling semantics; they will return 0 on success. The other platforms
   default configs have been built, but no further testing was performed.

4f3dd8a062 powerpc/dma: Use the struct dma_attrs in iommu code
Update iommu_alloc() to take the struct dma_attrs and pass them on to
tce_build(). This change propagates down to the tce_build functions of
all the platforms.

f724bf7781 [POWERPC] pasemi: Minor iommu cleanup
Clean up the pwrficient iommu code a bit. It was using u32 *-based offsets
for registers, which can be a bit confusing when comparing to the manual.

Generated binaries from the code is unchanged from before.

24af8cb869 POWERPC: Set dma_data correctly for direct_ops on pasemi
More late-caught fallout from the mainline merge. Commit
35e4a6e26d ("[POWERPC] Use
archdata.dma_data in dma_direct_ops and add the offset") claimed

  "Now that all platforms using dma_direct_offset setup the
   archdata.dma_data correctly, ..."

..but nope -- the pasemi iommu setup code that disables translation on
the DMA pci device didn't set dma_data correctly.

This fixes it.

dfa70f81a0 [POWERPC] pasemi: Another IOMMU bugfix for 64K PAGE_SIZE
More fallout from the switch from PAGE_SIZE based IOMMU to the native page
size for the driver. By pure luck it happened to work most of the time, since
we end up invalidating the wrong entries in the TLB.
