In the original code, we dereferenced "nst" before checking that it was
non-NULL. I moved the check forward and pulled the code in an indent
level.

In order to have better cache layouts of struct sock (separate zones
for rx/tx paths), we need this preliminary patch.
Goal is to transfert fields used at lookup time in the first
read-mostly cache line (inside struct sock_common) and move sk_refcnt
to a separate cache line (only written by rx path)
This patch adds inet_ prefix to daddr, rcv_saddr, dport, num, saddr,
sport and id fields. This allows a future patch to define these
fields as macros, like sk_refcnt, without name clashes.

Make all seq_operations structs const, to help mitigate against
revectoring user-triggerable function pointers.
This is derived from the grsecurity patch, although generated from scratch
because it's simpler than extracting the changes from there.

suseconds_t is type long on most arches except sparc64 where it is type int.
This patch silences the following warnings that are generated when building
on it.

This patch exposes o2net information via debugfs. The information includes
the list of sockets (sock_containers) as well as the list of outstanding
messages (send_tracking). Useful for o2dlm debugging.
(This patch is derived from an earlier one written by Zach Brown that
exposed the same information via /proc.)
