8f5d621543 usb/isp1760: Let OF bindings depend on general CONFIG_OF instead of PPC_OF .
To be able to use the driver on other OF-aware architectures, too.
And add necessary OF related #includes to fix compilation error.

d35fb64176 dt/usb: Eliminate users of of_platform_{,un}register_driver
Get rid of users of of_platform_driver in drivers/usb. The
of_platform_{,un}register_driver functions are going away, so the
users need to be converted to using the platform_bus_type directly.

2dc1158137 of/device: Replace struct of_device with struct platform_device
of_device is just an alias for platform_device, so remove it entirely. Also
replace to_of_device() with to_platform_device() and update comment blocks.

This patch was initially generated from the following semantic patch, and then
edited by hand to pick up the bits that coccinelle didn't catch.

4018294b53 of: Remove duplicate fields from of_platform_driver
.name, .match_table and .owner are duplicated in both of_platform_driver
and device_driver. This patch is a removes the extra copies from struct
of_platform_driver and converts all users to the device_driver members.

This patch is a pretty mechanical change. The usage model doesn't change
and if any drivers have been missed, or if anything has been fixed up
incorrectly, then it will fail with a compile time error, and the fixup
will be trivial. This patch looks big and scary because it touches so
many files, but it should be pretty safe.

27729aadd3 USB: make hcd.h public (drivers dependency)
The usbcore headers: hcd.h and hub.h are shared between usbcore,
HCDs and a couple of other drivers (e.g. USBIP modules).
So, it makes sense to move them into a more public location and
to cleanup dependency of those modules on kernel internal headers.
This patch moves hcd.h from drivers/usb/core into include/linux/usb/

42c65396d4 USB: isp1760: don't auto disable Port1 on ISP1761
There is no need to disable port 1 on ISP1761. That port could
be used as an OTG port which would require a different init

it as a normal USB port.
This patch allows port 1 to be used a normal Port on the ISP1761.

6013bbbab0 USB: isp1760: Fix probe in PCI glue code
Contains fixes so probe on x86 PCI runs, apparently I'm first to try
this. Several fixes to memory access to probe host scratch register.
Previously would bug check on chip_addr var used uninitialized.
Scratch reg write failed in one instance due to 16-bit initial access
mode, so added "& 0x0000ffff" to the readl as fix.
Includes some general cleanup - remove global vars, organize memory map
resource use.

Until there is a checkbox where the user *must* select atleast one item,

Having a driver which can't be used under any circumstances is broken
anyway and I've seen distros shipping it that way.

ce5dee50ed USB: isp1760: Use an IS_ERR test rather than a NULL test
In case of error, the function isp1760_register returns an ERR
pointer, but never returns a NULL pointer. So after a call to this
function, a NULL test should be replaced by an IS_ERR test. Moreover,
we have noticed that:
(1) the result of isp1760_register is assigned through the function
pci_set_drvdata without an error test,
(2) if the call to isp1760_register fails, the current function
(isp1761_pci_probe) returns 0, and if it succeeds, it returns -ENOMEM,
which seems odd.

Thus, we suggest to move the test before the call to pci_set_drvdata
to correct (1), and to turn it into a non IS_ERR test to correct (2).

The semantic match that finds this problem is as follows:
