631330f584 MIPS: Build fix - include <linux/smp.h> into all smp_processor_id() users.
Some of the were relying into smp.h being dragged in by another header
which of course is fragile. <asm/cpu-info.h> uses smp_processor_id()
only in macros and including smp.h there leads to an include loop, so
don't change cpu-info.h.

8e19608e8b clocksource: pass clocksource to read() callback
Pass clocksource pointer to the read() callback for clocksources. This
allows us to share the callback between multiple instances.

1a8a51004a cpumask: remove references to struct irqaction's mask field.
Impact: cleanup

It's unused, since about 1995. So remove all initialization of it in
preparation for actually removing the field.

320ab2b0b1 cpumask: convert struct clock_event_device to cpumask pointers.
Impact: change calling convention of existing clock_event APIs

struct clock_event_timer's cpumask field gets changed to take pointer,
as does the ->broadcast function.

Another single-patch change. For safety, we BUG_ON() in
clockevents_register_device() if it's not set.

1ea6428cbd [MIPS] i8253: make the pit_clockevent variable static
The pit_clockevent symbol is needlessly defined global. This patch makes
that variable static.

Spotted by sparse. Compile-tested using Malta defconfig.

5f627f8e12 mips, x86: optimize the i8259 code a bit
The timer code always calls the clock_event_device set_net_event and
set_mode methods with interrupts disabled, so no need to use
spin_lock_irqsave / spin_unlock_irqrestore for those.

74521c28e5 Use i8253.c lock for PC speaker on MIPS, too.
The Jazz machines have to use the PIT timer for dyntick and highresolution
kernels. This may break because currently just like i386 used to do MIPS
uses two separate spinlocks in the actual PIT code and the PC speaker
code. So switch to do it the same that x86 currently does PIT locking.

de61b542b8 [MIPS] Rename PC speaker code

than just the PC speaker so this code was getting in the way under its

e5c6c8e457 Input: pcspkr - separate device and driver registration
The current pcspkr code combines the device and driver registration.
This patch splits these, putting the device registration in the arch
specific code.

PowerPC and MIPS only have the pcspkr present sometimes.
