[XFS] Unwrap GRANT_LOCK.
Un-obfuscate GRANT_LOCK, remove GRANT_LOCK->mutex_lock->spin_lock macros, call spin_lock directly, remove extraneous cookie holdover from old xfs code, and change lock type to spinlock_t.
