Subject: [PATCH] staging: speakup: remove jiffies comparison using
 time_after_eq() in speakup_dtlk.c

The following patch fixes the checkpatch.pl warning:
WARNING: Comparing jiffies is almost always wrong; prefer time_after,
time_before and friends
