MIPS: Remove "__weak" definition from arch-specific linkage.h

"__weak" is defined in include/linux/compiler-gcc.h.  We shouldn't need an
arch-specific definition.

Remove the "__weak" definition from arch/mips/include/asm/linkage.h.
