KVM: x86: Remove redundant definitions
Some constants are redfined in emulate.c. Avoid it. s/SELECTOR_RPL_MASK/SEGMENT_RPL_MASK s/SELECTOR_TI_MASK/SEGMENT_TI_MASK No functional change.
