[MTD] mtdchar.c: Replace DEVFS by udev

Browse source 
Switch from DEVFS to udev for dynamic creation of device nodes for mtd
char devices.

Creates a new LDM class "mtd" with writeable and read-only devices
registered for each mtdchar device.
