ARM: mvebu: defconfig: enable cpuidle support in mvebu_v7_defconfig
The Marvell EBU SoCs such as Armada 370, Armada XP or Armada 38x now support cpuidle, so this commit enables the appropriate Kconfig options in mvebu_v7_defconfig.
