[CIFS] Fix SMB uid in NTLMSSP authenticate request
We were not setting the SMB uid in NTLMSSP authenticate request which could lead to INVALID_PARAMETER error on 2nd session setup. Signed-off-by: Steve French <sfrench@us.ibm.com>
