remove dead Radeon URL
This patch removes a dead Radeon URL from two Kconfig files. This isue was noted by Reto Gantenbein <ganto82@gmx.ch> in Kernel Bugzilla #4446. Signed-off-by: Adrian Bunk <bunk@stusta.de>
