perf script: Add --[no-]-demangle/--[no-]-demangle-kernel

Sometimes when post-processing output from `perf script` one does not
want to demangle C++ symbol names. Add an option to allow this.

Also add --[no-]demangle-kernel to be consistent with top/report/probe.
