lguest: clean up lguest_launcher.h
Remove now-unused defines. Fix old idempotent #ifndef _ASM_LGUEST_USER name. Fix comment on use of lguest_req. Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
