Merge branch 'pm-cpuidle'

* pm-cpuidle:
  cpuidle: rename function name "__cpuidle_register_driver", v2
  cpuidle: remove some empty lines
  cpuidle / ACPI : move cpuidle_device field out of the acpi_processor_power structure
