x86: Clean up mtrr/centaur.c

Remove dead code and fix trivial style problems:

  ERROR: trailing whitespace X 2
  WARNING: line over 80 characters X 3
  ROR: trailing whitespace
  ERROR: do not use C99 // comments X 2
