lguest: check vaddr not pgd for Switcher protection.
We currently assume that the Switcher the top pgd; we want to remove this assumption, so check that vaddr is OK, rather then checking pgd index. Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
