HID: fix HIDIOCGRDESC memory access in hidraw
Fix bogus copying of data into userspace when HIDIOCGRDESC is issued. HID-transport layer makes sure that dev->hid->rdesc is not larger than HID_MAX_DESCRIPTOR_SIZE.
