[PATCH] powerpc: Always rebuild arch/powerpc/include/asm symlink
This patch uses a FORCE dependency on the arch/powerpc/include/asm symlink so that it always gets rebuilt, thus avoiding all sort of funny errors if the .config is changed between 32 and 64 bits.
