sh: Kill off -traditional for linker script.

Some of Sam's new work in the kbuild queue depend on ## concatenation
within the linker script, which doesn't work when -traditional is
enabled. -traditional is a legacy remnant anyways, and we no longer
require it for anything, so kill it off completely.
