Subject: [PATCH] x86/doc: Fix the 'tlb_single_page_flush_ceiling' sysconfig
 path

Fix the documented sysconfig location of 'tlb_single_page_flush_ceiling'
which is under /sys/kernel/debug/... not /sys/debug/kernel/...
