1a2204732c - alt-buttons support. button positions >9 are attached to 
positions as 10=1, 11=2, ... and are show if alt key is pressed. this
  gives twice as many available buttons, still every button can have own
  hotkey.

31c7a08623 More cross-compiler Makefile updates - 
all it should take now is creating a separate Rules.make.WIN32 using
setup and mv, and then 'make win32' to make use of it

c640f37416 Reworked the make system to support multiple object files for different 
architectures (cross-compiled..) to reside in different subdirectories.
This allows arch-dependant build without having to do a full recycle
each time.
